Blow molding machines may encounter various malfunctions during use, including unstable temperature, mold blockage, unstable air pressure, mold wear, and inconsistent internal and external air paths. These faults will affect the quality and production efficiency of plastic products. To address these issues, the following measures can be taken:

Unstable temperature: Check if the temperature controller is working properly and replace or repair it if necessary. Ensure that the plastic can fully melt, avoid overheating or insufficient, to ensure product quality. ‌
Mold blockage: Clean and maintain the mold, check whether the plastic melting is sufficient and whether the mold design is reasonable, ensure that the plastic can flow normally, and avoid affecting the molding effect. ‌
Unstable air pressure: Check if the air supply and gas pipeline are unobstructed to ensure stable air pressure and avoid molding failure or poor product surface quality. ‌
Mold wear: Regularly maintain the mold, repair or replace severely worn molds, and maintain the stability of product size and surface quality.
Inconsistent internal and external air paths: Adjust the air path connection to ensure consistency between the internal and external air paths, and avoid excessive or insufficient air pressure causing product expansion or rupture. ‌
