1. Production of blow molding machine molds: Blow molding machine molding is based on the composition of blow molding machine molds. The mold determines the appearance and performance of the product. This requires the use of computer software such as CAD and CAM for design and mold making.
2. Operation process of blow molding machine:
(1) First, add the pre processed raw materials into the blow molding machine.
(2) Preheat the plastic particles in the heating machine to make them liquid.
(3) Adjust the position of the prepared mold in the blow molding machine.
(4) By blowing air control, plastic particles are stuffed into the mold, and after molding, the finished product can be taken out.
