Observation and Understanding: Firstly, conduct a comprehensive observation of the operating status of the blow molding machine to understand the fault phenomena. Pay attention to whether there is any abnormal sound, observe whether the machine has abnormal vibration or heating, and whether there are any quality problems with the plastic products. At the same time, understanding the operation situation before and after the occurrence of the fault is necessary to more accurately locate the fault.
Check the electrical system: Check whether the connections of electrical components are loose, whether the wires are damaged, and whether the insulation performance of electrical circuits is good. For blow molding machines controlled by PLC, it is also necessary to check whether the program has errors or whether the parameter settings are reasonable.
Check the mechanical part: Check whether the various components of the blow molding machine are fastened, whether the transmission system is smooth, and whether the lubrication system is working properly. Pay special attention to checking the installation and fixation of the mold, as well as key components such as the reciprocating screw and material cylinder of the blow molding machine.
Check the air system: Check if the air source is normal, if the air pipeline is unobstructed, and if the air valve is damaged or blocked. For blow molding machines that use compressed air, it is also necessary to check the quality and dryness of the compressed air.
