5. After the machine is running normally, do not insert any part of your body into the machine to avoid injury from the robotic arm. If there is any abnormal noise from the machine, it can be observed after slowing down.
6. After normal production of the machine, the operator must frequently observe the quality of the bottles to avoid voltage fluctuations or other reasons affecting the quality of bottle blowing.
7. When repairing the blow molding machine, you can press the screen fault repair button to ensure safe maintenance. If you need to manually observe the movement of each individual mold cavity, please pay attention to the position of the robotic arm. At the same time, it is important to understand the function of individual buttons and then proceed with the action. Ensure that misoperation causes unnecessary trouble.
8. After repairing the blow molding machine, it is necessary to clean the tools and screws to avoid leaving them inside the machine and affecting its normal operation.
