How To Repair The Transmission Shaft Failure Of Blow Molding Machine

1. When the bending of the blow molding machine shaft is small, use a pointed tip to cover the center holes at both ends of the shaft and detect the amount of bending. Use a dial gauge to find the location of the maximum swing value when the shaft rotates, mark it, and then use a press to straighten the shaft.
2. The diameter of the installation rolling bearing part of the shaft decreases, and a layer of hard chromium or hard alloy can be plated or sprayed at this location, and then ground to the matching size.
3. The keyway on the shaft is damaged and can be re milled in its original position. The groove size is one size larger than the original size. Alternatively, a new keyway can be milled at position 600 of the original keyway to replace it.
